Goofs: Factual errors: Ignoring the fact that the Archelon turtle died out tens of millions of years before the first humans evolved, the specimen depicted in this movie is extremely large, more than 10 meters long, in fact. Real Archelon would only grow up to 4.5 meters in length at best, and even those could probably not have had the strength to pull their weight ashore. The gigantic turtle in this film moves rather nimbly on dry land.
